Frequently Asked Questions
Can we bring additional guests?
Due to COVID restrictions, we have limited capacity at the venue and therefore cannot accommodate additional guests. Unless explicitly stated, you cannot bring a plus one.
The venue is also neither accepts pets or children, even for overnight stay.
What about vaccines and COVID testing?
Proof of FDA approved vaccine or a negative COVID test is required to attend. The COVID test results must be dated within 72 hours of the wedding (e.g. You may get the PCR test on June 8th and get the results June 9th after 4:30pm and they will be valid).
We’ve hired CrowdPass to handle verification for testing and vaccination verification. Please sign up for an account here before hand. Questionnaire submission and vaccine/testing upload will open 72 hours before the wedding.
Once your upload is verified, you’ll receive a green checkmark which someone will check on site to ensure that you can attend.
Will I need to find accommodations?
We are providing accommodations for all our guests and will be reaching out to everyone individually about your room assignments.
Are masks required?
Masks are not required during the ceremony or when eating/drinking. But, masks are required when approaching the bar and while dancing.
When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by May 14th.
Will it be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and cocktail reception will be outdoors (expect to be outside for about 1.5 hours). Dinner and dancing will be indoors, though guests can step outside to admire the view of the valley.
What will the weather be like?
June in Napa is lovely with an average high of 28˚C/82˚F and a low of 11˚C/52˚F. While the ceremony is outdoors, it rarely rains in Napa, but we have back up plans in case it does. Please keep in mind that we will be in the mountains so ladies who are planning wearing dresses should bring an extra layer in case it gets cold.
What is the dress code?
Please come dressed in cocktail attire. The ceremony will be outdoors in an uncovered space so please plan accordingly. Additionally, we would not recommend stilettos for the ceremony as it is a wooden patio and there may be some cracks.
For women, please do not wear any red and white.
How will I get to Auberge?
We will be providing a shuttle service to and from your hotel to the venue (if you are staying off-site). Please see the itinerary for more details.
Is there a registry?
We request instead of a gift, you donate to the WWF and adopt an emperor penguin.
Is there a vegetarian/vegan option for dinner?
Yes! Please let us know in your RSVP what dietary restrictions you have.
Can I take photos/videos with my phone during the wedding?
We ask that guests do not use their phones in any way during the ceremony. But otherwise, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like and share them with us!
